Line Drawings Portfolio

Thanks for taking the time to visit my line drawings portfolio. I love creating line-drawing illustrations rich in detail! Variations in line weight that help separate the main shapes from their intricate little bits and pieces are my jam. I also love coming up with great greyscale palettes! It becomes so meditative to draw this way, and I love every project where I get to use this skillset.

Interestingly, most of the facial expressions in these samples are smiling. That’s just my default personality shining through lolz. With my background in 2D animation, rest assured I can land many other emotions in my work. Crying, even! I’ve got some great character sheets in my childrens illustration portfolio that share a wider range of feelings if you’d like to see that.

I’m comfortable working with super clean vector lines, drawing digitally in Procreate, and drawing with more traditional art materials. I’ve also taught line drawing techniques professionally, and am available for hire if you’re interested in having a series of group classes at your location.

Line drawings usually start with pencil sketches, but may begin with sketching and playing in Adobe Illustrator or Procreate if the final artwork will be digital.
