Tina Gene and Louise from Bobs Burgers
Guys. I totally added my Tina Gene and Louise from Bobs Burgers fan art to the shop this afternoon.
I had sketched out a way crazier option for this artwork:
It may be a little rough to see exactly what’s going on in that super fast sketch, but that posing of Tina Gene and Louise from Bobs Burgers definitely has more life… Louise is hamming it up while Gene blasts out a song on his keyboard, while Tina does her perfect wallflower thing in the background…
But unfortunately, an art contest is only one part what the artist wants – it’s also gotta fulfill the project needs. In this case, animation. So for my Bob’s Burgers fan art, I created each character in a more natural standing pose. It’s easy to see the size relation between the characters, and even more importantly the different body parts have been drawn on separate layers in Photoshop to enable the fine people at Bob’s Burgers to easily utilize the artwork for animation should my art contest entry be chosen.
I have no idea how good my chances are, but man I would love to see these kids show up on television.
Tina Gene and Louise from Bobs Burgers: Which one are you?
I want to tell you I’m a Louise. I really do. She’s sassy, she doesn’t take any crap from anyone. She’s funny as all getout.
But if I’m being completely honest with you… I’m not any of the Belcher kids.
I’m the mom.
I’m so Linda Belcher it’s not even funny.
She’s like the biggest dork, and she’s always singing and doing dorky nerd things… And every time I watch the show it’s like looking in a dang mirror.
I also have some red glasses frames.
Total Linda Belcher status right here.
Which character are you?
And will you give these Belcher kids a home?
