I’m really digging this idea of play with something fast in your sketchbook with your leftover paint – I’m on a constant quest to minimize waste in our house, plus it gives me time to just fart around with no pressure on what the finished piece looks like. I made this with a little blob of red, yellow, and white paint leftover from lettering touch ups on Pizza Car – my husband Josh turns 38 today! I’d make a joke about how old he is, but I’m even older. So you know, walkers and false teeth all around. Love you Josh, I can’t wait for you to see the card I made for you. Its much funnier than this one, promise. The end!
