Today’s Peek in the Illustration Studio

I made a pencil skirt out of this amazingly ridiculous photorealistic hamburger fabric about ten years ago. About five years ago, a friend suggested I get rid of it because it’s too “costumey”. I didn’t listen, but I did stupidly question my own wacky style and hid it in the back of my closet until super recently.
Super recently being today.

Now, a couple of kids and a few years and life changes later, it fits every part of me and my personality even better than it did before.

Ps Erika and I decided this morning I need to make a pickle slice beret to wear with it like immediately. Hashtag #delicious.
