What Kind of Spider is This?

Finally caught a pic of a type of spider we see a lot here – anyone know what it is, and is it dangerous? We get em in the house quite a bit. About 1-2″ across including legs, and SUPER fast.

They skitter across the floor like they’re taunting you as you try to squish em!
