I’m so excited to show you one of our latest projects that just went live! We created a fully customized web design for Joni Stier, LAc DC – a brand new acupuncture website with online scheduling to help streamline her processes.

Joni had previously built her own website using a basic theme for WordPress. The result wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t presenting her as an expert in her field. The original site really just showed people she was a doctor that knew how to dabble in WordPress.

She was ready for something that really set her business apart from the competition. Joni knew she wanted a different feel for her acupuncture website, because so many other doctors practicing acupuncture have a very zen, Asian influence in their branding. She wanted to play up her southern California location, and she really wanted to incorporate a nod to Fibonacci in her custom logo design and branding.

The most important aspects of the project? Set up the acupuncture website with online scheduling, so her busy office could run a little more smoothly, and make the site mobile responsive for her on the go clients.

Mobile responsive isn’t an “it’d be nice” anymore. It’s a must.

And Google’s going to start dinging you for it if your site doesn’t automatically resize for tablets and phones.
