Free Local Pickup

(If you’re a real life local friend of mine in the greater Atlanta area, choose this option and I’ll deliver next time I see you. I’ll bring your order with me to a club meeting we both go to, I’ll bring it when I drop off at school, you can come pick up at my house, you get the idea.)

Production and Shipping

Downloadable products will be delivered via email shortly after payment is received. Please contact me if you have not received a download link for your purchase.

Original artwork and books ship from my studio in McDonough, Georgia. Upon shipping, you’ll receive these items within 3-5 business days.

All other items (this includes art prints) are produced by a third party print on demand manufacturer that has a much nicer printer than mine, and will be drop shipped from their location. These items will be shipped separately from any original paintings or books you may have ordered. You’ll receive print on demand items 7-10 business days from the day your order is processed.

Melamine/Plastic cups and plates take 10 business days for production. Youโ€™ll receive your print on demand items within 5 business days after production of your custom items has finished.

Cutoff to ensure holiday delivery for Christmas orders is December 10. The cutoff date is December 1 for any melamine orders. Please email me at stephcalvertart@gmail.com if you’d like to order with faster shipping for last minute orders.

Remember โ€“ youโ€™re ordering from an independent artist, and love takes time. Order early for holidays and birthdays!

If your order didnโ€™t arrive, be sure to let me know.

Check the order confirmation email and make sure the correct address was entered. If the address was incorrect, another order can be sent to the correct address at your expense for items and postage.

If the shipping address was correct, contact me noting your order number and Iโ€™ll see what can be done.

Return Policy

If for some reason youโ€™re not happy with your purchase, contact me. Iโ€™ll do everything I can to make it right.

Damaged items:
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with me within a weekโ€™s time.

Wrong size:
If youโ€™re unhappy with the size youโ€™ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, itโ€™s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Size charts are provided on each t-shirt order page; because I do not keep shirts in stock and order them through an outside printer as they’re ordered, you are responsible for ordering the correct size.

Please notify me by emailing hi@stephcalvertart.com and then return your item/s in new and unused condition and with all original packaging.
Upon receipt of the item, I will issue a refund minus return postage costs within 7 days, via the same method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

As the items youโ€™ve purchased are your responsibility until they reach me, check that the item is properly addressed and adequately packaged. You should also obtain proof of postage when returning items, along with a tracking number, as I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Sorry, but there are no refunds on downloadable products.

About the Art

I do the best I can to take photos that accurately represent the colors of any artwork being sold. Some colors may look a little different in real life. Colors may shift slightly as part of the production process for all other items.

All items for sale are artworks by Steph Calvert, or products with artwork by Steph Calvert on them. Steph Calvert retains the copyright to the artwork being purchased. Buyer is not purchasing the right to reproduce any of the artwork being purchased in the shop. Please contact me if youโ€™d like to discuss licensing artwork for your product.

Steph Calvert retains the copyright on all downloadable products. You may not redistribute any downloadable products, and reselling downloadable products is prohibited.

Payment

All payments are processed through PayPal, whose security is second to none in terms of handling your sensitive account info. I never even see your payment details!

You donโ€™t have to have a PayPal account to check out; thereโ€™s a guest option available also.

Our website also has a valid SSL certificate to protect any personal information you submit as part of your order.

I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, at my discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
