Display Racks & Business Update

Our display racks and carton of shopping bags all have new homes, and a load of crafting supplies is being donated to Long Beach’s Center for Creative Reuse today! Behind the scenes, a spanky new website is in the works to reflect our new direction.

So many changes for this little business going on, but the Quickbooks files suggest we’re on the right tack now with focusing on freelance design. So far, Hearts and Laserbeams has made as much in the first 2 months of this year as ALL of last year!

Freelance illustrator Steph Calvert is an award-winning artist with 24 years of experience working as a creative professional. She is based in McDonough, Georgia, just south of Atlanta.

Steph Calvert has expertise as a children’s book illustrator. She is an expert surface pattern designer for art licensing and creates line drawings for publishing and product design. Steph has years of additional expertise as a mural artist, creating original art, and logo design for small businesses. She is currently querying literary agents with her first author/illustrator book projects.
