My nieces and nephews were coming to visit and I wanted to purchase some outdoor acrylic paints for them to paint birdhouses. I looked at multiple reviews on Amazon and on Google for outdoor acrylic paints. These are nice paints to use because they are non-toxic and I would not want kids to use anything other than these. I narrowed it down to this brand and the ones from MAGICFLY, and there are many brands to chose from. Both of these sets have a wide variety of colors, but each set has colors to chose from that were different from the other brand. There were colors I wanted that each set provided that the other set did not. I couldn’t decide which one to buy and I wanted them to have all of the colors that they would want to chose from, so I bought both sets. I am very pleased that I did, since I can now use them to paint other things that I have been wanting to paint, such as tables on the porch and repainting my address number on my mailbox. This is why I bought these more expensive sets that have a higher quality instead of the cheaper brands, which had mixed reviews. Many of the cheaper sets even talked about colors being dried out when they received them. Both sets came in excellent condition. None of the paints were dried out and I have no complaints about either set. They basically have no smell so they were able to paint inside once I placed a cheap plastic protective tablecloth cover on the table. You can purchase a sealant if you want to, but these outdoor paints are supposed to hold up outside for a long time and you can touch them up if you need to. You don’t want to put a sealant on a birdhouse, because it is apparently not healthy for the birds. This paint can dry pretty quickly so you don’t want to squeeze out too much on your palette at a time. In fact, the birdhouses were completely dry in 24 hours. The paint came out of the paint brushes easily and off the kid’s hands. I had purchased men’s small white t-shirts for the kids to wear to paint. About an hour after they were done, I put them in the washer with some bleach and half of the shirts came out perfectly. Half of the shirts still had paint on them. This is what I purchased these shirts for and I will use them again the next time they paint a craft. These acrylic paints are not for fabric, however. There are special paints for this or an additive you can use to mix with these paints from what I understand for this. I highly recommend both of these sets and I know you will be glad you purchased them. Since I have never used paints before for a craft, I researched and read many different articles about what type of paint to even use. I am proud of myself for getting it right since I wanted to do something fun with the kids that they would remember.

These outdoor paints are so awesome. Great coverage with them. I liked them so much that I wanted a bigger set so I bought the Arteza 60 pc acrylic paint but this outdoor paint has much better coverage than the 60 pc acrylic paint so I actually went back to it. I wish it had more colors but either than that these paints are awesome, you won’t regret buying.

I was hesitant about using Arteza at first. It was a brand that I was unfamiliar with and in the past I’ve stuck with Liquitex and Mont marte for acrylics. A really good sale was happening and I decided to take the plunge and try something different.Initially I wasn’t a fan. It did blend well with my other brand paints and it had great density of color and good spreadability. I was more hesitant on how much it was worth my dollar to have such small tubes of paint. As I painted with Arteza more often I soon realized that a little goes an incredibly long way and I was dead wrong. 6 months later of painting 2-4 paintings a week and I still have more than enough painting tubes left to go.One thing that this brand does really well are metallic paints. Holy moly it is wonderful. With other brands metallics generally tend to be more sheer and requires multiple coats to even get that beautiful metallic sheen that I crave so much with my paintings. With Arteza it goes on bold and only ever needs 1 or 2 coats to make a dramatic impact. It’s a really great acrylic for beginner-intermediate painters, it definitely feels like a step up from Mont Marte and they offer so many amazing shades. I love that it has both neons and metallics and I am so in love with Arteza’s neon pink it’s ridiculous. I’ll find any reason to add it to a painting. Anyways, top mark recommendations and I’ve already told all my friends to invest in the brand. It’s worth your coin.

I purchased these paints back in 2019 but still use them. The colors are nice and they are good to paint with. My only complaint is the caps of the paint tubes. If you over tighten them, the top of the cap will break. This has meant that several of my paints (even when I first got them) dry up if I don’t realize the cap broke. It’s ridiculously easy for the caps to break. However, as I’ve said, I do enjoy the paint. I will probably purchase elsewhere in the future though.

I love the vintage color selection, and the consistency is very smooth, even when painting wood and rocks! I will buy again.
