At 24” x 48”, this was my largest, most ambitious painting until the mural I recently completed at @queenbeecoffee in the square in McDonough. That mural is more like 8’x 10’ so now I gotta get a huge canvas to beat it lol. I painted this one to commemorate moving our #beekeeping operation up from Effingham county to Henry county. We started with 9 active hives (there’s 9 #bees hidden in this painting), and while we’ve had challenges (aka hive beetles) keeping these hives active, I know we will rebuild someday.
