This #floral painting is a step in the right direction back to bright colors and fun times. In trying to loosen up a painting style that I felt was getting too stiff and mired down by realism, this painting started with a fast marker rendering. Then I worked from that marker rendering in studio, and loved how it gave more liveliness to my work!
