Great quality, bought as a gift. Can use for ink, painting, drawing, pastels etc….the sky’s the limit!Great size to carry around in a medium sized purse, or throw in a backpack. Is pretty sturdy, not flimsy. Good reputable brand.

I bought this paper for nature journaling and it is amazing for the price. The paper is heavyweight and It handles light watercolor really well. It is comparable to Canson mixed media paper but less expensive and doesn’t buckle as much as Canson paper. Best paper for pencil miles when you don’t want to be too precious about your paper.

Very good value. Sorry I didn’t order one for myself. Good service. Pleased.

This is a great notebook, sturdy and opens all the way- just bought it at Walmart for $2.97, however, so $12 is quite a bit too much.

I got 6 of these for less than $4 each and that price point definitely affects my opinion. Had I paid more, I have been a little disappointed. The paper is very thick and sturdy with a slightly rough texture, perfect for my kids to draw with markers and chalk and pastels and pencils or paint with watercolors and acrylics or glue collages or whatever else you can think of. It is a great all purpose mixed media journal. The cons are that the paper was cut extremely unevenly- or maybe the holes were punched incorrectly. The books give the impression of being rejects from quality control. Which makes me wonder if that’s why they were so inexpensive because currently if I were to reorder, the price is almost double. The unevenness of the paper makes it impossible to flip through the pages. But since I’m happy with the paper itself, I can ignore this since a mixed media journal usually ends up with all sorts of stuff sticking out of it anyway.

the 5 1/2″ includes the part of the page behind the binding. so the pages seem narrow.but It’s okay paper for bargain quality.Watercolor doesn’t soak thru paper, but it does badly warp pages.Would be nice if paper were a little heavier.
