Sleepy Time Phil
I know he’ll get better sleep in his bed, but when he falls asleep on my lap, I just can’t bring myself to put him there. So instead, I work with him sprawled across my legs avoiding anything that could wake him. Ergonomics experts would be appalled at the way I type and click around photoshop, with my elbows up near my ears so I won’t disturb this kid.
And then, about a half hour later, he wakes up with a look of panic in his eyes because he forgot he fell asleep on my lap. “WHERE AM I!!!” His face says. “AND WHAT IS THAT SMELL!!” his face also yells at me.
“shhh, it’s ok you fell asleep,” I tell him, “and it’s possible I may have farted.”
