Grrrrrrr…
This is what my morning has looked like. Repeatedly. Glad @dell has stellar customer service, they're sending a replacement tower for this brand new machine. In the meantime? Lots of exasperated sighs in the #office.

What model is it?
It was the Dell XPS 8700 – had so many problems with both the machine and Dell customer service that I ended up getting a refund and buying a PC built by a local techie guy a friend recommended. You can check out more details on the bad computer shenanigans here:

Nice. I do the Presentations and everything that has to do with sound and what’s displayed on the projector at my church so I know My church has the same model from dell, I haven’t had any issues with it so it must have just been some bad ram or something in your case. I built my pc myself. Did you go with the gtx 660? I used to have a 650ti boost(basically a 660) But I upgraded in decemeber to a 760 and plan on adding a second one(or upgrading to the amd 9370).
The amd 9370 is a 8core processor. The way I typed it made it sound like I was talking about a GPU.
