If anyone were to ask me why I look so tired today…

There’s just not enough time to go into the whole story. So here it is in illustrated timeline form.

Joy was having a bad teething day, so my plans to work after Kim went home from our Evernote party last night were pretty much thwarted… It was all about emails, emails, emails and getting organized. I fell into bed finally right around 11pm, and was woken up at 1am by little boy Phil. He’d had a bad dream, and wanted to know if he could sleep in our bed.

This is the second time he’s gotten in bed with us this week – I would call his bluff and say he was making it up, but he was kind of bothered by the intense fire sequences in the new Planes movie he saw with Dad on Tuesday.

We go to sleep, and at 2:30am Josh got home from work.

Back to sleep for about a half hour, and Joy gets up ready for her middle of the night feeding.

I’d be lying if I told you I didn’t fall asleep while she was eating.

Got back in bed for good, and BOOM. 5:30am wakeup call.

All I want for Christmas is sleep, y’all. All I want for Christmas is sleep.

And a pony.
