Cadets for Critters Animal Control Fundraiser This Saturday
Recruits form Georgia Public Safety Training Center Garden City class 269 are collecting money and supplies for Savannah Chatham Animal Control, and you can help.
If you’re local to the Savannah / Effingham county area, please mark your calendar for this Saturday’s Cadets for Critters fundraiser for Savannah Animal Control!
$1 hot dogs (dogs for dogs, ya get it?) will be available, and it’s for a great cause.
Bring any of the supplies listed on the flyer, or if you don’t have time for shopping donate dollars to help buy the supplies.
Supplies Animal Control needs:
- monetary donations
- dog treats: hard and soft (peanut rear ender, cheese, rawhides, pig ears
- towels (all sizes)
- dog toys and cat toys
- new or gently used crates
- meat-flavored baby food
- dry puppy/kitten food (Pedigree preferred)
- flea and tick shampoos
- brushes, combs, nail clippers
- large cans of wet puppy/kitten food
- Esbilac puppy milk replacement
- gift cards to Petsmart, Kinkos, Target, Wal-mart or any pet superstore or print shop
- Bleach, laundry, (h.e.) dish soap
- disenfectant wipes
- paper towels
