Recipe: Little Tomato Sandwiches
Living next door to my mom in law definitely has its perks.
Not everyone can say that.
But then, not everyone lives next to Paula Deen, Martha Stewart, and Meryl Streep all rolled into one.
The other day as I was working, Carole was getting ready to head to a lunch party; she was making little tomato sandwiches to bring with her.
She totally gave me a couple of her little tomato sandwiches to snack on.
I don’t know if this is a Southern thing, but I’d never had a little tomato sandwich before we went to the Best of Savannah party last year. The ingredients are super simple, and making em is just as easy.
They’re the perfect finger food or party snack for your next get together. I could eat like five hundred of them in one sitting.
